Amie Won-Lee is a Senior Escrow Officer that brings over 23 years of escrow industry experiences. She specializes in single family, multi-family residential sales, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, commercial transactions, short sales, trust sales and refinance transactions. Ms. Lee started as a receptionist with a small independent escrow company in the mid-city area. It was there she learned the service skills of the trade. She quickly promoted her way up the ranks to Processor, Escrow Assistant, Junior Escrow Officer and inevitably became an Escrow Officer. Working under top producing officers throughout her career was key to her building razor-sharp skill coupled with incredible client service ethic. Ms. Lee would help facilitate the most demanding escrow closings for some of the biggest names in the Real Estate industry – closing multi-millions each year.

After working tirelessly and diligently under the industry’s best, she decided it was time to venture on her own. Ms. Lee began building her desk at Granite Escrow & Settlement Services where she would eventually become a top producer in the Beverly Hills Area. She has facilitated some of the industry’s most sophisticated and complex escrows and is trusted by the most prolific real estate agents in Southern California.

Ms. Lee and her team now join Cypress Escrow to now take her business to the next level. She is excited to align with this elite team of executives and escrow officers to help create a new standard of service while make a lasting mark on the industry as a truly independent escrow leader. This move will accelerate her path as she tirelessly works exceed her clients’ expectations on every deal entrusted to her care, especially the most challenging and demanding transactions.
