With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dawn Perez began her career in title, where she worked her way up through several promotions, gaining in-depth knowledge of the closing process. After a successful 10 years in title, she transitioned into escrow, starting from the ground up.
In addition to her role as a growth manager, Dawn Perez is a licensed and experienced Notary Public, providing an added layer of convenience and professionalism to her clients. Her well-rounded expertise and guidance to her client s and supporting her escrow teams to ensures smooth, efficient closings and a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Dawn resides in Marina del Rey with her husband and three small boys, where beach days, bike rides and sunset walks are a part of everyday life.
