Joann Frederiksen is a seasoned Senior Escrow Assistant with over four decades of experience in the escrow and real estate industry. A native Angeleno from Playa del Rey, CA, Joann began her escrow career in 1983 with City National Bank in Beverly Hills. Since then, she has built an impressive resume working with respected independent escrow firms such as Nettie Becker Escrow, The Heritage Escrow Company, and Granite Escrow & Settlement Services.
Throughout her career, Joann has supported high-liability real estate transactions with professionalism and precision. Known for her deep industry knowledge and steadfast reliability, she takes pride in supporting seasoned escrow officers and ensuring a smooth, high-quality escrow experience for clients.
Joann currently resides in Burbank, CA. Outside of work, she’s a passionate sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers and her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
